Since 2018, the bench, a women-ownedtalent network, has partnered with over 75 brands and agencies on over 300 projects. Facilitating on-demand work between freelance talent in professional and production services.
The growth in business meant and after in-depth research on available tools, the bench decided to built its own proprietary technology to manage the intake of talent, compliance, project management and finances.
The bench needed to find a way to scale their freelance talent operations and overall business administration so that they could support their agency and brand clients on projects efficiently with mass customization.
